一、白木改方の件について、役所からは証文を照合して通すべきである。
ただし、御仕入方の大矢甚平、熊井伊平次が証文を差し出す際は、これもまた通すべきである。
一、右の証文の分が済み次第、役所へ差し出すべきである。右の外、小切手や印鑑等を決して使用することはない。難しい件があれば留め置いて、早速役所へ訴え出るべきである。夜分も注意すべきである。
右の通り、厳重に改めるべきこと

Memorandum
1. Regarding the white wood inspection matter, the official documents should be cross-referenced and processed by the government office.
However, when Oya Jinpei and Kumai Iheiji from the procurement department submit their certificates, these should also be processed.
1. Once the aforementioned certificates are completed, they should be submitted to the government office. Other than these, small vouchers, seals, etc. shall never be used. If there are any difficult matters, they should be set aside and immediately reported to the government office. Attention should also be paid during nighttime.
The above should be strictly observed and inspected.
