これはオランダの植物図鑑「印忙」の図である。
その形は木本のようで、枝を分かち、葉は狭く長く、実は下に垂れて赤黒色である。
しかし『本草綱目』には縮砂と益智はともに草本植物であると記されているのと合わないので、この図は

Its form is like a woody plant, with branching stems, narrow and long leaves, and fruits hanging downward that are reddish-black in color.
However, this does not match the description in the "Bencao Gangmu" which states that both shukusha (Amomum) and yakuchi (Alpinia) are herbaceous plants, so this illustration is
