現代語訳
一、同二十（享保二十）卯年（1735年）十月、精励をもって職務を適切に勤めたことにより、並（なみ）の御擬作金三両・三人扶持を下し置かれ、御勘定所小役人にお召し出しとなった件。
一、元文二巳年（1737年）十一月、養父・吉郎兵衛が数十年にわたり誠実に勤務したことにより、養父の御擬作のうち二石を減じ、八石二人扶持を下し置かれる旨を仰せ出された件。
一、同（元文）五申年（1740年）七月、御用所にて旧記調べ方として当座御雇いを仰せ付けられた件。
一、寛保元酉年（1741年）五月、御用所の定めの御雇いを仰せ付けられた件。
一、同（寛保）三亥年（1743年）九月、精励をもって職務を適切に勤めたことにより、御用所役人を仰せ付けられた件。

One: In the tenth month of the same twentieth year of Kyōhō, the year of the Rabbit (1735), for having diligently and properly fulfilled his duties, he was granted the standard *gigi-saku-kin* stipend of three ryō and three-person rations (*ninsoku*), and was appointed as a minor official (*ko-yakunin*) of the Finance Office (*go-kanjō-sho*).
One: In the eleventh month of the second year of Genmon, the year of the Snake (1737), because his adoptive father Jirōbei had served faithfully for several decades, two *koku* were to be reduced from the adoptive father's *gigi-saku* allotment, and he was to receive eight *koku* and two-person rations in its place, as per official proclamation.
One: In the seventh month of the fifth year of Genmon, the year of the Monkey (1740), he was temporarily hired (*tōza o-yatoi*) by the Administrative Office (*go-yōsho*) to conduct research on old records (*kyūki shirabe-kata*).
One: In the fifth month of the first year of Kanpō, the year of the Rooster (1741), he was appointed as a regular hire (*sadame o-yatoi*) of the Administrative Office.
