現代語訳
一、天明四年辰年四月、松平加賀守様のもとにて、
祐仙院様附の表使を相勤め罷り在り候事。
一、同七年未年四月、七両・三人扶持を下し置かれ、
こちら様（会津藩）へ召し帰され、若年寄を仰せ
付けられ候事。
一、同年十月、
恭定様の老女を仰せ付けられ、当時は
春洞院様へ御貸人を仰せ付けられ、当時は下谷
御奥様へ附き罷り在り候。
但し、
春洞院様御逝去後は、
瑶光院様附を仰せ付けられ、御擬作はこれまで
の通り下し置かれ候事。
一、享和三年亥年四月、
瑶光院様、松平紀伊守様へ御婚礼に付き、
御附人に罷り成り候事。
一、文政四年巳年四月、数年御奉公仕り候に付き、
加藤遠江守様にて養子を下し置かれ候。
但し、右勤仕中、御紋服ならびに御褒美等、度々

One: In the fourth year of Tenmei (1784), the fourth month, she served as *Omotedukai* (messenger/liaison) attached to Lady Yūsen'in, while in the service of Lord Matsudaira Kaga-no-kami.
One: In the seventh year of the same era (1787), the fourth month, she was granted a stipend of seven *ryō* and three persons' worth of provisions (*sannin fuchi*), recalled to service here (in the Aizu domain), and appointed to the position of *Wakadoshiyori* (junior elder among the ladies-in-waiting).
One: In the tenth month of the same year, she was appointed as *Rōjo* (senior lady-in-waiting) to Lady Kyōtei. At that time, she was also appointed as a loaned attendant (*okashinin*) to Lady Shundō'in, and was attached to the inner quarters at Shitaya.
Note:
After the passing of Lady Shundō'in,
she was appointed as an attendant to Lady Yōkō'in, and her stipend (*gigi-saku*) continued as before.
One: In the third year of Kyōwa (1803), the fourth month, upon the occasion of Lady Yōkō'in's marriage to Lord Matsudaira Kii-no-kami, she became one of the accompanying attendants.
One: In the fourth year of Bunsei (1821), the fourth month, in recognition of her many years of service, she was granted an adopted child (*yōshi*) through the arrangement of Lord Katō Tōtōmi-no-kami.
