の痛みを治し、精神を安定させるものであって、
凶年・飢饉の年には桑の実の熟したものを
日に晒して乾燥させ粉にして、一日に
一合五勺ほど宛て水にて三度用いれば
飢えをしのぐとかいう。よろしく、これを
重んずべし。

considered excellent. Generally, those who raise silkworms should obtain silkworm eggs during
the summer of that year, using white paper bags with an opening at the bottom on one side
