この書は山内道恒様のご亡父道慶様が、ご領内の蚕糸を繁昌させたいとの思いで、数年来ご副業として相行われ、甚だ押し広まり、格別ご上下の重宝にも罷り成り候。しかしながら、桑が不足では存分に相行い難く、勿論ご亡父のご心指しにて、八ヶ年以前にご願いの上、伊達にて桑苗木をご自分の入料をもって相求められ、ご望みの郡村にご直身にて、ご領内の村々にお引き配りの節、桑植え立ての件
