時疫（じえき）流行候節（はやりそろせつ）此薬（このくすり）を用（もちひ）て其煩（そのわづらひ）をのがるへし
一 時疫（じえき）には大（おほ）つぶなる黒大豆（くろまめ）を能（よく）いりて壱合（いちがふ）かん
ざう一 匁（もんめ）水（みづ）にてせんじ出（いだ）し時（とき）〳〵（〳〵）呑（のみ）てよし
右（みぎ）医涯（いがい）に出（いづ）ル
