社中規定之事
一 今般木綿糸器械伊藤氏御考を以目論見ニ付仲間
無腹蔵申談□通□致可申事
一 器械拵立并売捌之義伊藤氏方へ直ニ頼有之候共
皆々断仲間承知之上ニ而仲間ゟ御談不致候而は
拵立売捌共決而不致候事
一 器械出来之上売捌候節は壱割半之益を受る事
一 親類熟意等者江売捌候共直段一切引間敷事
一 器械増候儀仲間之内は都合次第之事
但他家江貸遣シ候儀は一切致間敷事
一 自然都合ニ寄相止候節望之者有之金子等
之□分差出候抔申候共決而譲申間敷仲間
内ニ而引請可申事
一 伊藤氏細工ニ付入費諸入用共都而仲間割合之事
右之通仲間申談致規定候上は堅く相守
万一箇条ニ背候者有之候節は仲間相除キ
可申候為後日規定仍而如件
現代語訳
社中規定の事
一、今般木綿糸器械について伊藤氏のお考えをもって目論見につき、仲間は腹蔵なく申し談じ、通りに致すべきこと
一、器械の拵え立てならびに売り捌きの義について、伊藤氏方へ直接頼みがあっても、皆々断り、仲間承知の上で仲間からご相談しなければ、拵え立て売り捌き共に決してしてはならないこと
一、器械が出来上がった上で売り捌く節は、一割半の益を受けること
一、親類・熟知の者等へ売り捌いても、直段（値段）は一切引いてはならないこと
一、器械を増やす儀について、仲間の内は都合次第のこと
ただし他家へ貸し遣わす儀は一切してはならないこと
一、自然都合により相止める節、望む者があり金子等の分を差し出すなどと申しても、決して譲ってはならず、仲間内で引き請けるべきこと
一、伊藤氏の細工につき入費・諸入用共にすべて仲間割合のこと
右の通り仲間申し談じて規定を致した上は堅く相守り、万一箇条に背く者があった節は仲間から相除くべし。後日のため規定よって件の如し。

Regulations for the Association
Article 1: Regarding the current cotton thread machinery project based on Mr. Ito's ideas, association members shall discuss matters openly without reservation and proceed accordingly.
Article 2: Regarding the manufacturing and sales of machinery, even if there are direct requests to Mr. Ito's establishment, all members must decline and only proceed with manufacturing and sales after consultation among association members with their consent.
Article 3: When selling completed machinery, a profit margin of 1.5 percent (one and a half percent) shall be received.
Article 4: Even when selling to relatives or close acquaintances, prices shall not be reduced under any circumstances.
Article 5: Regarding increasing machinery within the association, this shall be done as convenient for members. However, lending to other households is strictly prohibited.
Article 6: Should circumstances naturally require cessation of operations, even if there are those who desire to take over and offer to contribute money, this shall never be permitted. The association members shall take responsibility internally.
Article 7: All expenses and various costs related to Mr. Ito's craftsmanship shall be shared proportionally among association members.
Having established these regulations through discussion among association members as stated above, they shall be strictly observed. Should any member violate these articles, they shall be expelled from the association. These regulations are established for future reference.
