【上段】
○東門跡の本堂は無事。境内の三ヶ寺ほどは本堂が潰れ、東門・北門ともに倒れた。溝部屋・臨番所は大破。
○同所の崇福寺・大松寺・清光寺は、いずれも大破。田原町・仲町・森下町通りは潰れた家が多い。
○誓願寺の本堂は無事。境内の数ヶ寺は大破。門前は潰れた家が多い。
○日輪寺の本堂は無事。学寮・庫裏・境内の寺・門前町は大潰れ。

【下段】
○浅草駒形町の「初ふじ」という料理茶屋の手前の角より両側、諏訪町・黒船町を経て榧寺まで焼ける。東の方は御厩川岸・三好町まで焼ける。この辺りは土蔵が残るところなし。
○御蔵前通りは格別の破損はないとはいえ、土蔵の瓦屋根はことごとく損じた。
○浅草御門の石垣は少々はらみ出している。
○福井町の酒井左衛門尉様の貸し通り・神田川辺りは、いずれも大破。

**[Upper Section]**
○ At Higashi-Monzeki, the main hall (hondō) was undamaged. However, approximately three temples within the precinct had their main halls collapse, and both the east gate and north gate fell. The drainage quarters (mizo-beya) and the guard post (rinban-jo) suffered major damage.
○ At the same location, Sōfuku-ji, Daisho-ji, and Seikō-ji all suffered major damage. In Tawara-machi, Naka-machi, and along Morishita-machi-dōri, there were many collapsed houses.
○ At Seigan-ji temple, the main hall was undamaged. Several temples within the precinct suffered major damage. There were many collapsed houses in the temple-front district.
○ At Nichirin-ji temple, the main hall was undamaged. The student quarters (gakuryō), the kitchen quarters (kuri), the temples within the precinct, and the temple-front town were all completely destroyed.
○ At Kōryū-ji temple, the main hall was undamaged. The kitchen quarters (kuri) and the temples within the precinct suffered major damage.
**[Lower Section]**
○ Starting from the corner in front of a restaurant tea house called "Hatsufuji" in Asakusa Komagata-chō, fires burned along both sides of the street, through Suwa-chō and Kurofune-chō, reaching as far as Kaya-dera. To the east, the fire spread as far as Omiya-Kaishi (the shogunate's horse stables riverbank) and Miyoshi-chō. In this area, not a single storehouse (kura) survived.
○ Along Okura-mae-dōri, there was no particularly severe structural damage; however, the tiled roofs of all the storehouses (dozō) were damaged without exception.
○ The stone wall of Asakusa-Gomon (Asakusa Gate) bulged outward slightly.
○ In Fukui-chō, the rental road (kashi-dōri) belonging to Lord Sakai Saemon-no-jō and the area around the Kanda River all suffered major damage.
