【上段】
○仙台様・会津様・脇坂様（のお屋敷）は大破。新橋辺りは格別（特別）なことはない。
○京橋・尾張町辺りは格別なことはないとはいえ、土蔵は土を振るい（揺れで土が落ち）、家根（屋根）の瓦はことごとく落ちる。
○築地の西本願寺の本堂は無事。寺中（境内）の五十七ヶ寺はことごとく大破。
○奥平様・紀伊様・尾張様・安芸様・一ツ橋様・周防様（のお屋敷）は少々損傷。
○鉄炮洲の淡路守様のお屋敷は焼ける。同じく拾間町は一丁（の間）に三軒ほど焼ける。
【下段】
○同じく鉄炮洲明石町は損害が大きく、家はことごとく潰れ、怪我人が多い。
○同所の中川様・遠江様・ゐゝ様（某様）・阿波様（のお屋敷）は大破。
○佃島は大破し、潰れた家が多い。
○稲荷橋の稲荷の社（神社）は無事だが、瓦塀その他は大破。同所の（模擬）富士山（富士塚）が崩れる。
○八丁堀は所々大破。磯辺太神宮は無事だが、近辺は大破。
○霊巌島の大川端町・銀町は二丁（四方）ほど焼ける。
○北新堀・南新堀ともに土蔵はことごとく揺れ、壁が残らず落ちる。

**[Upper Section]**
○ The residences of the Sendai, Aizu, and Wakizaka lords were heavily damaged. The Shinbashi area sustained nothing out of the ordinary.
○ The Kyōbashi and Owari-chō areas experienced nothing particularly severe, yet the earthen storehouses (dozō) shook loose their soil, and the roof tiles fell off entirely.
○ The main hall of Nishi Hongan-ji temple in Tsukiji was undamaged. All fifty-seven sub-temples within the precinct were completely destroyed.
○ The residences of the Okudaira, Kii, Owari, Aki, Hitotsubashi, and Suō lords sustained minor damage.
○ The residence of the Awaji-no-kami lord in Teppōzu burned down. In the same Jikken-chō area, approximately three houses per block burned.
**[Lower Section]**
○ In the same Teppōzu area, Akashi-chō suffered great damage, with houses collapsing entirely and many people injured.
○ In the same location, the residences of the Nakagawa, Tōtōmi, I-i (Ii), and Awa lords were heavily damaged.
○ Tsukuda-jima (Tsukuda Island) was heavily damaged, with many collapsed buildings.
○ The Inari shrine at Inaribashi was undamaged, but the tiled walls and other structures suffered major damage. The artificial Mt. Fuji (Fujizuka) in the same location collapsed.
○ Hatchōbori suffered major damage in various places. Isobe Daijingū shrine was undamaged, but the surrounding area was heavily damaged.
○ In Reigan-jima, Ōkawabata-chō and Ginmachi burned for approximately two chō (city blocks) in all directions.
○ In both Kita-Shinbori and Minami-Shinbori, the earthen storehouses shook entirely, with all walls crumbling away.
