此御蔵に俵なにほと入そといふ時に
二千五万九拾二俵入といふ
法に高二間￣ニよと二間をはかくれは

七十二表をかくれは二千五百九十二表
又一坪に六十二俵半入共いふ也これを
卅六坪にかくれは二千二百五十俵入也
右いつれも蔵により又は
つみやうにもよりひように

この御蔵に俵がどれほど入るかという時に
二千五百九十二俵入るという
計算方法として、高さ二間に横二間をかければ
四坪になる。これに長さ九間をかければ
三十六坪になる。これに一坪あたりの計算として
七十二俵をかければ二千五百九十二俵となる。
また一坪に六十二俵半入るとも言う。これを
三十六坪にかければ二千二百五十俵入る。
右のいずれも蔵によって、また
積み方によっても、俵の大小に
よっても違いがある。大体は
このようである。

When asking how many bales fit in this storehouse:
The answer is 2,592 bales.
The calculation method: multiply the height of 2 ken by the width of 2 ken
to get 4 tsubo. Multiply this by the length of 9 ken
to get 36 tsubo. Multiply this by the rate of
72 bales per tsubo to get 2,592 bales.
Alternatively, it is also said that 62.5 bales fit per tsubo. Multiply this by
36 tsubo to get 2,250 bales.
Either of the above results will vary depending on the storehouse,
the stacking method, and the size of the bales.
