右の趣（内容）を相模守殿へ用人の春日井庄兵衛が伺い候とのことにて、右の通り一右衛門へ申し聞かせた。

　　一、今度御礼を申し上げられる節、於義丸様の御礼の儀については、改めてお伺いを立てるには及ばない。

　　一、於義丸様の御移徒（わたまし）以後、御父子様の御礼の儀については、改めてお伺いを立てるには及ばない。

　　　但し、詳細については宗矩様の御譜に記載あり。

一、六月二十二日
　於義丸様より、これまでの御本丸・西丸への御献上物等の書付が、築地の御屋敷より届いた。

　　　　於義丸様よりこれまでの御上物・被進物

　　一、御年礼にて御登城の節、
　　　　公方様へ　御箱肴一種
　　　　万次郎様へ　右同断

The foregoing matters were inquired of Lord Sagami-no-Kami through the household manager (yōnin) Kasugai Shōbei, and the responses were communicated to Ichiuemon as follows:

　　Item: At the time of presenting the formal thanks on this occasion, there is no need to make a separate inquiry regarding O-Yoshimaru-sama's expression of thanks.

　　Item: After O-Yoshimaru-sama's moving-in ceremony (watamashi), there is no need to make a separate inquiry regarding the occasion for father and son to present their formal thanks.

　　　Note: For further details, see the genealogical record (gofu) of Sōnori-sama.

Item: Twenty-second day of the Sixth Month.
　A document listing the gifts previously presented by O-Yoshimaru-sama to the Main Keep (Honmaru) and the West Keep (Nishinomaru) arrived from the Tsukiji residence.
