徳川刑部卿（宗尹）様へ 御使い・御付をもって 御太刀一腰・御馬代金一枚・昆布一箱・干鯛一箱・御樽一荷、
御簾中様へ 縮緬五巻・鯛一折を進上された。

to Munenori-sama: one ceremonial sword (o-tachi), one gold piece in lieu of a horse, one box of kelp, one box of dried sea bream, and one cask of sake were presented.
To Lord Tokugawa Gyōbu-kyō (Munetada): through a messenger with an accompanying attendant — one sword (o-tachi), one gold piece in lieu of a horse, one box of kelp, one box of dried sea bream, and one cask of sake.
To the Misu-no-naka-sama [the consort/lady of the household]: five rolls of crepe silk (chirimen) and one folded arrangement of sea bream were presented.

From Munenori-sama, to the rōjū (senior councillor) in charge of the matter, Lord Hotta Sagami-no-kami (Masasuke), a formal notice (o-todoke-sho) was submitted through a messenger and a resident caretaker (o-rusui), stating that O-Yoshimaru-sama's transfer of custody was to take place on the coming twenty-third day.
