一当二月廿四日座本幾世一方ゟ申
触候は座頭瞽女共ニ印形持
薬不残相集候之様ニ申越ニ付
皆々相集申候所座本并城
国両人ニ而申聞候は城冨弟子
慶勇義髪結子ニ候得ハ座頭ニ
相成不申候旨ニ而潰し候趣申聞候
此儀ハ慶勇弟子ニ仕候節私義も兼

一、当二月二十四日、座本幾世一方より申し触れましたのは、座頭・瞽女ともに印形を持参し、薬を残らず相集めるようにとの申し越しにつき、皆々相集まり申し候ところ、座本並びに城国両人にて申し聞かせましたのは、城冨の弟子慶勇について、髪結い子であるので座頭になることはできない旨にて潰し候趣を申し聞かせました。この件については、慶勇を弟子にいたしました節、私どもも兼ねて
