卯年六月十五日に伺いを立てた上で、この付札を取り、帳面を渡すようにとの御指示があったため、差し出した藤左衛門の親類である源五郎左衛門へ渡す。

After making an inquiry on the 15th day of the 6th month of the Year of the Rabbit, an official instruction was given to collect these attached tags and deliver the ledger. Therefore, this is to be handed over to Gengoro Zaemon, a relative of Tozaemon who submitted it.
