右の藤左衛門の申し立てでは、檜は代作に売り渡したが、金子は受け取らず、職人作料その他の品々を差し引きに相成っていると申し立て。
村役人の申し立てでは、代佐から右の金子を受け取り置き、職人作料その他の品々を勘定帳へ付け出したので、八重殿に相成ったと申している。
右を取り調べたところ、勘定帳に村役人が付札をした際、この度除いたので代作に差し引きに相成り、藤左衛門の引き負けとは見えません。

Village officials' statement: The money was received from Daisuke, and craftsmen's fees and other items were recorded in the accounting ledger, so it became Yae-dono's responsibility.
Upon investigation, when the village officials attached tags to the accounting ledger, since this was excluded this time, it became a deduction for the substitute cultivator, and it does not appear to be Tozaemon's loss.
