雕弓白羽 猟初めて回る
薄夜牛羊 また下り来たる
夢水河の辺 青草合し
黒山峰の外 陣雲開く

《割書：世間が騒がしいと狩りをする暇もないが、今は治まった御世なので、雕弓を負い白羽の矢を差し挟んでいる狩人も、今朝行った者が夕暮れ時に初めて帰って来た。薄暮は早い夕暮れ時なので、野飼いにしておいた牛や羊も山より下って来て帰る。これも軍事がなければ軍馬も要らないので野飼いにしておくのである。戦争があれば草も踏み荒らされて生えないが、太平の時なので夢水河のほとりも草がどこにも生い茂り合っている。軍陣の最中には黒山あたりには陣雲が空に棚引いて見えたが、今治まったのでその雲も開けて太平の御代である》

Carved bow with white feather - the hunt returns for the first time
In the evening twilight, cattle and sheep come down again
By the banks of Mengshui River, green grass grows thick
Beyond the peaks of Black Mountain, battle clouds disperse

《Commentary: When the world is turbulent, there is no time for hunting, but now in this peaceful reign, hunters carrying carved bows with white-feathered arrows who went out this morning are returning for the first time at dusk. Since evening twilight comes early, the cattle and sheep left to graze in the wild also come down from the mountains to return home. This too is because when there are no military affairs, war horses are not needed, so they are left to graze freely in the wild. During warfare, grass cannot grow because it gets trampled, but in these peaceful times, grass grows thick everywhere along the banks of Mengshui River. During military campaigns, battle clouds could be seen stretching across the sky around Black Mountain, but now that peace has been restored, those clouds have cleared, and it is a peaceful era》
