為報習家多置酒（ためにほうずしうかおほくちしゆせよと） 夜来風雪（やらいふうせつ）過（すぐる）＿二江寒（こうかんを）＿一
《割書：たゞ今／漢江（かんこう）をわたり襄陽（しやうよう）に来て此処の峴山（けんざん）の駅亭（ゑきてい）の風景（ふうけい）をみればなか〳〵おも｜しろいところなれども冬の事なれば人事万物もさびしくてはやをつゝけ年もつきて｜あらたまらんとすることじやために報（ほう）ず此襄陽には習氏（しうし）の富貴（ふうき）なものか有てその地で｜襄陽／侯（こう）か古（いにし）へさかもりをせられたことじやことに今夜は風雪にて江をすぎ此方まてさむく｜なつたれば是を防（ふせ）くには酒（さけ）にこしたものはないほどに多く置酒（ちしゆ）をいたされとなり》

襄陽では峴亭に向かってよく眺める 人物は寂しく 年の暮れに属す
習家のために報ず 多く酒を置けと 夜来の風雪が 江の寒さを過ぎる
《割書：ただ今漢江を渡り襄陽に来て、ここの峴山の駅亭の風景を見ると、なかなか面白いところであるけれども、冬のことなので人事万物も寂しくて、早くも続けて年も尽きて新年を迎えようとすることである。そのために報ずる。この襄陽には習氏の富貴な者がいて、その土地で襄陽侯が昔宴会を開かれたことがある。特に今夜は風雪で江を過ぎてこちらまで寒くなったので、これを防ぐには酒に勝るものはないほどに、多く酒宴を設けられよということである》

In Xiangyang, one looks well toward Xian Pavilion People and things are desolate belonging to year's end
To report to the Xi family: set out much wine Last night's wind and snow passed over the river's cold
《Commentary: Just now crossing the Han River and arriving at Xiangyang, when I view the scenery of the post station pavilion on Mount Xian here, it is quite an interesting place, but since it is winter, all human affairs and things are lonely, and the year is already drawing to a close, about to welcome the new year. Therefore I report: In this Xiangyang there are wealthy members of the Xi clan, and in this land the Marquis of Xiangyang held banquets in ancient times. Especially tonight, with wind and snow having crossed the river making it cold even here, to ward this off there is nothing better than wine, so much wine should be prepared for the banquet.》
