御測量方、摂州池田より差し出された御先触書が三月二十七日の夜に伊那部村より継送されてきた。即刻写しを取り、栗田村へ順達した。写書を御役所へ差し上げたところ、右の御先触には飯田より伊那街道甲州府中まで、という内容があったため、御堂垣外村より御取り戻しになり、伊那部へ継ぎ戻し、それより殿村へ順達するよう御沙汰があったため、これもまた早速継ぎ戻し申した。
一つ、右の御先触書を御役所へ差し出し、御伺いの上、四月朔日出立にて清水町町代十兵衛、中町吉田屋幸吉が三州辺まで、諸事を窺うため村々を御会合する。

From the surveying office, an advance notice document sent from Sesshu Ikeda was forwarded from Inabe village on the night of March 27th. A copy was immediately made and forwarded in sequence to Kurita village. When the copied document was submitted to the government office, it contained instructions from Iida to Koshu Fuchu via the Ina Highway. Therefore, it was retrieved from Dodo-Kakigai village, sent back to Inabe, and then forwarded to Tono village as instructed. This was also promptly sent back.
One matter: The aforementioned advance notice document was submitted to the government office, and after inquiry, it was decided that on April 1st, Shimizu-cho town representative Jubei and Nakamachi's Yoshidaya Kokichi would depart for the Sanshu region to hold meetings with villages to inquire about various matters.
