借用申金子之事
一金弐【「弐」と「百」のニ文字にかかるように黒印一つあり】百両也
右者大和守勝手向就要用借用申処
実正也返済之儀者金百両ニ付一ヶ月銀
六拾匁宛之利足差加来戌三月中限
元利無相違返済可申候為後証仍如件

現代語訳
借用申し上げる金子の件
一、金弐百両也
右の者、大和守の家計上の必要により借用申し上げるところ、確実なり。返済の件については、金百両につき一ヶ月銀六十匁ずつの利息を加え、来る戌年三月中を期限とし、元金・利息とも相違なく返済いたします。後の証拠のため、よって書面の通り。

Regarding the Borrowing of Money
Item: Two hundred ryō of gold
The aforementioned person borrows this amount for necessary household expenses of Yamato-no-kami. This is genuine. Regarding repayment, interest of sixty monme of silver per month shall be added for every one hundred ryō of gold, with the deadline set for during the third month of the coming Year of the Dog. Both principal and interest shall be repaid without fail. As proof for the future, thus as written.
