弾正殿から回送されてきた、供立ての申し合わせ並びに越前殿からご覧いただいた書面の写しを、弾正殿が別紙を添えて、ただ今玄蕃殿から到来いたしましたので、すぐに写し留めて回達いたします。写し留めは弾正殿へ御返却なさるべきです。以上。

The agreement regarding the retinue procession arrangements, along with copies of documents that were reviewed by Lord Echizen, have been forwarded from Lord Danjō with additional papers attached, and have just arrived from Lord Genba. We are immediately making copies and circulating them. The copied documents should be returned to Lord Danjō. The above.
