これなるべし、
豊川を立て野くれ里くれはる〴〵と過れば、峰野の原といふ所
あり、日野の草の露より出て、若木の枝にのほらず、雲は峰の松風にはれ

腹を峰野原という（『刪補松』も同じ）、伊良湖もよく見える所である、しかし遠江の内である、
これであろう、
豊川を立って野暮れ里暮れ、はるばると過ぎれば、峰野の原という所が
ある、日野の草の露より出て、若木の枝に登らず、雲は峰の松風に晴れ
て山の色天と一つに染まっている、遠望の感情は尽くしがたい、

●この歌『松葉集』巻十三に載せて、三河の国峰野という所を打ち過ぎ侍りけるに、
伊良湖の方に鶴の鳴くを詠めるとなむとある、
英語訳
the belly [of the mountain] is called Mineno-hara (according to "Sanpo-matsu" as well). It's a place where Irago can also be seen well, but it is within Tōtōmi Province.
This must be it.
Departing from Toyokawa, passing through village dusk and countryside dusk, traveling far and wide, there is a place
called Mineno-hara. Emerging from the dew of Hino grass, not climbing to young tree branches, clouds clear
in the pine wind of the peaks, and the mountain colors are dyed as one with heaven. The emotions of distant viewing are inexhaustible.

The mountain edge is buried there deeper than dew, and dawn breaks over the grass at the field's end
Soon reaching Mount Takashi, and so forth

●This poem is recorded in "Matsuba-shū" volume 13, stating that when passing through a place called Mineno in Mikawa Province,
he composed about cranes crying toward Irago, it says.
