現代語訳

○大岩（オホイハ）　　●『三河雀』によると、昔は柄沢（カラサワ）として二村であったが、中世に大岩一村となった。渥美郡にある。
　　　　　　　十五日、大岩山とかいう山のふもとを通ったところ、古い寺が見えた。本尊は普門示現の大士（観音菩薩）でいらっしゃるということであったので、しばらく法施などを奉った次第である。

○二川（フタカワ）　　●渥美郡にある宿駅である。●『世諺弁略』（巻二、二十四丁）によると、三河の端にあって、大岩と両所が並んでいるため、二川という。

○Ōiwa (Great Rock)　　●According to "Mikawa Suzume," this was formerly two villages called Karasawa, but became the single village of Ōiwa in medieval times. It is located in Atsumi District.
　　　　　　　On the 15th day, passing by the foot of a mountain called Ōiwa-yama, I saw an old temple. The principal deity was said to be Fumon Jigen Daishi (Avalokiteśvara Bodhisattva), so I offered dharma donations for a while.

　　　May your reign last until the countless pebbles all become the great rock mountain

○Futagawa (Two Rivers)　　●This is a post station in Atsumi District. ●According to "Segen Benryaku" (Volume 2, folio 24), it is at the edge of Mikawa, and because Ōiwa and this place are adjacent, it is called Futagawa (Two Rivers).
