滅（めつ）日 没（もつ）日とかく此 両（りやう）日は天（てん）と日（ひ）と月（つき）とのめくりによりて出たる悪（あく）日なり万事いみさくべし此両日
のつもり竟（つひ）に閏月となるともいへり

滅門（めつもん）大過（たいくわ）狼藉（らうしやく）これ三ヶの大悪日なり貧窮（ひんきう）飢渇（きかつ）障碍（しやうげ）の三 悪神（あくじん）にて禍（わざはひ）の根本（こんほん）とすよろづに
わろし用ふべからず
　　○ちし日　地子（ちし）とかく事によりてよき事もありわろき事もある日なり先（まづ）はつゝしむべし

現代語訳

○黒日（くろび）
暦に●のように記されているため、俗に黒日と言う。受死日といって大悪日である。人の命に関わること、病気などには特に悪い。

○往亡
往亡日と書く。旅行、渡まし、祝言などに大変悪い。

○歳下食
歳下食は俵物を開き始めたり、種まき、草木を植えるなどを忌む、軽い悪日である。時の下食ということがある。
正月（未の日・亥の時）、二月（戌の日・子の時）、三月（辰の日・丑の時）、四月（寅の日・同じ時）、五月（午の日・卯の時）、六月（子の日・辰の時）、七月（申の日・巳の時）、八月（酉の日・午の時）、九月（巳の日・未の時）、十月（亥の日・申の時）、十一月（丑の日・酉の時）、十二月（卯の日・戌の時）。右の日時の一時を忌むべし。

○滅日・没日
滅日・没日と書く。この両日は天と日と月の巡りによって出た悪日である。万事忌み避けるべし。この両日の積もりが遂に閏月となるとも言われている。

○滅門・大過・狼藉
滅門・大過・狼藉、これら三つの大悪日である。貧窮・飢渇・障碍の三悪神にて災いの根本とする。万事に悪い。用いるべからず。

○地子日
地子と書く。事によって良いこともあり悪いこともある日である。まずは慎むべし。

英語訳

○Kurobi (Black Day)
Because it is marked in calendars with a ● symbol, it is commonly called "Black Day." It is called Jūshi-bi (Death-receiving Day) and is a greatly inauspicious day. It is especially bad for matters concerning human life and illness.

○Ōmō (Going and Perishing)
Written as Ōmō-bi (Going and Perishing Day). Very bad for travel, river crossing, wedding ceremonies, etc.

○Saigejiki (Year's Lower Food)
Saigejiki is a minor inauspicious day that taboos opening rice bales for the first time, sowing seeds, planting vegetation, etc. There is something called "seasonal kejiki."
1st month (Mi day, I hour), 2nd month (Inu day, Ne hour), 3rd month (Tatsu day, Ushi hour), 4th month (Tora day, same hour), 5th month (Uma day, U hour), 6th month (Ne day, Tatsu hour), 7th month (Saru day, Mi hour), 8th month (Tori day, Uma hour), 9th month (Mi day, Hitsuji hour), 10th month (I day, Saru hour), 11th month (Ushi day, Tori hour), 12th month (U day, Inu hour). One should avoid these specific day-hour combinations.

○Metsu-bi and Motsu-bi (Extinction Day and Disappearance Day)
Written as Metsu-bi and Motsu-bi. These two days are inauspicious days that arise from the cycles of heaven, sun, and moon. All matters should be avoided and shunned. It is said that the accumulation of these two days eventually becomes a leap month.

○Metsumon, Taika, Rōshaku (Gate Destruction, Great Excess, Violence)
Metsumon, Taika, and Rōshaku are three greatly inauspicious days. They are the three evil deities of poverty, hunger and thirst, and obstacles, and are considered the root of disasters. Bad for all matters. Should not be used.

○Chishi-bi (Earth Child Day)
Written as Chishi. Depending on the matter, it can be a day with both good and bad aspects. First, one should be cautious.
