（泊）小田原
【本文】
大磯にてまた一を振ったので、すぐに小田原泊まりと、とんだ早い泊まり。昼四つ時分にのたりのたりと到着なさる。すごろくはういろう屋の店で、半公の正体がわからない顔の若衆一人、貧乏じみた買い人一人、「一つつみください」と書いてある。この通りを仰せ付けられる。
ういろう屋の内に、わからぬ顔の若衆がなくて、殿様は御困りなされたが、火急に汚い若衆を御選考あって、足しておく。

あの勝手をしている者が、よくできた。扶持を二人分米を加増させよ。
もっと声を張り上げて。
一つつみください。このくらいな調子でよろしゅうございますか。

小田原にて一の目を振りなさって、すぐに隣の箱根。これは根っから埒の明かぬ所。家来が急いでもお構いなく、すごろくを開けば手形を忘れ、江戸まで帰ると、あれはすぐにその通りの体をせよと仰せ付け。足の立つ者、そうな者を江戸へ帰すぞ。御無駄なし。

【Main Text】
Having rolled another one at Oiso, he immediately reached the Odawara lodging - what an unexpectedly quick arrival. He leisurely arrived around the fourth hour of the day (around 10 AM). The sugoroku depicts a uiro shop with one young man of unknown identity in semi-official garb, one poor-looking customer, with "Please give me one package" written. He orders this to be carried out exactly.
Since there was no young man of unknown appearance in the uiro shop, the lord was troubled, but urgently selected a shabby young man after consideration and added him to the scene.

Having rolled a one at Odawara, he immediately reached neighboring Hakone. This place is inherently hopeless and gets nowhere. Even when retainers are in a hurry, he pays no mind. When the sugoroku board is opened, someone has forgotten their travel permit and must return to Edo. He immediately orders them to act out this exact situation. Those who can walk and seem capable are sent back to Edo. No waste permitted.
