山桜に等（ひと）しくしだるゝ事糸桜のごとし
又大しだれ小しだれ有大 枝垂（しだれ）は全体（ぜんたい）の
木こはし小しだれは枝（ゑだ）柔（やはらか）に柳（やなぎ）のことく
細（ほそ）くしなやかに垂（たる）るもの也

山桜と同じで、垂れることは糸桜のようである。
また大枝垂れと小枝垂れがある。大枝垂れは全体の
木が堅く、小枝垂れは枝が柔らかで柳のように
細くしなやかに垂れるものである。
