殿桜（とのざくら）

○怡顔斎が言うには、児桜に似ているが中輪のものである。すなわち児桜の一種である。花弁は一重の白色で五弁のものである。児桜は小輪、殿桜は中輪である。芝山桜の次に開花する。つまり芝山桜の変種である。芝山桜は大輪である。

芝山桜（しばやまざくら）

○怡顔斎が言うには、一重弁の大輪で色は白い。殿桜は五弁であるが、芝山桜は六弁である。これによって区別する。『芸花園』には「一重弁大輪白色のものを鷲尾といい、芝山桜は似ているが花は重弁である」と記されている。

Chigo-zakura has small flowers, while Tono-zakura has medium-sized ones. It blooms after Shibayama cherry, meaning it is a variant of Shibayama cherry. Shibayama cherry has large flowers.
