一 正月七日 年始の御祝儀として登城され、御礼を申し上げられた。
一 四月二十一日 登城された（昨日二十日に御老中大久保加賀守忠朝殿から御奉書が来た）ところ、御国許（福井）への
御暇を仰せ出され、御鷹・御馬を拝領された。
一 同月二十三日 江戸を御発駕され、中山道を通って御旅行された。
一 五月六日 福井にお着きになった。
一 同月七日 上記と同様の件について御礼の御使者永見治部右衛門義正を江戸
表へ派遣された。今日福井を出立した。

Enpō 7, Year of the Earth Boar (1679)
One 1st Month, 7th Day: For New Year congratulations, attended castle and expressed gratitude.
One 4th Month, 21st Day: Attended castle (yesterday on the 20th, a formal letter came from Senior Councillor Ōkubo Kaga-no-kami Tadatomo), whereupon
leave to return to his domain (Fukui) was granted, and he received hawks and horses as gifts.
One Same month, 23rd Day: Departed from Edo and traveled via the Nakasendō route.
One 5th Month, 6th Day: Arrived in Fukui.
One Same month, 7th Day: Regarding the same matter as above, sent messenger Nagami Jibuemon Yoshimasa to Edo
as an expression of gratitude. He departed from Fukui today.
