一 六月廿二日御代替之為御祝儀御使者本多修理《割書：冨｜敬》江戸
表江被指出之今日福井出立
一 七月十日暑中 御機嫌為御伺御使者井上孫大夫 を以
御肴被献之
但右御使者御国表ゟ被指出候趣ニ而江戸表ニ相詰居候孫大夫
を以被献之
一 同月十一日 御移徙為御祝儀御使者中川六左衛門《割書：重｜好》を以一種
一荷被献之
但御目録者 御本丸ニ而指上御品物者二ノ丸江相納之

一 同月十六日右同断ニ付御老中連名之御奉書御渡有之
今度就御本丸御移徙為御祝儀以使者
一種一荷目録之通被献之候右之趣
首尾好遂披露候恐々謹言

現代語訳
【右丁】
一 六月二十二日 代替わりの御祝儀のため御使者本多修理冨敬を江戸
表へ派遣された。今日福井を出立した。
一 七月十日 暑中御機嫌伺いのため御使者井上孫大夫をもって
御肴を献上された。
ただし上記の御使者は御国表から派遣された趣旨で、江戸表に詰めている孫大夫
をもって献上された。
一 同月十一日 御移徙の御祝儀のため御使者中川六左衛門重好をもって一種
一荷を献上された。
ただし御目録は本丸で差し上げ、御品物は二ノ丸へ納めた。
【左丁】
一 同月十六日 上記同様につき御老中連名の御奉書の御渡しがあった。
この度本丸御移徙につき御祝儀のため使者をもって
一種一荷を目録の通り献上されたところ、その趣旨を
首尾よく披露いたした。恐々謹言

One 6th Month, 22nd Day: For congratulations on the succession, messenger Honda Shuri Tominobu was dispatched to Edo. He departed Fukui today.
One 7th Month, 10th Day: To inquire after well-being during the summer heat, through messenger Inoue Magodayū, fish delicacies were offered.
However, the above messenger was dispatched from the home domain for this purpose, and the offering was made through Magodayū who was stationed in Edo.
One Same month, 11th Day: For congratulations on the relocation, through messenger Nakagawa Rokuzaemon Shigeyoshi, one type, one load was offered.
However, the catalog was presented at Honmaru, and the actual items were delivered to Ninomaru.

One Same month, 16th Day: Regarding the above matter, a joint letter from the Council of Elders was handed over:
"This time, regarding congratulations for the relocation to Honmaru, through a messenger
one type, one load was offered as per the catalog. This matter
