但右御使者御国許ゟ被指出候趣ニ而江戸表ニ相詰居候三郎大夫

一 同日右同断ニ付御使者秋田三五左衛門 を以
公方様江干鯛一箱御樽一荷被献之 御本丸江相納之
御台様江御使者同人を以右同断被指上之

公方様 若君様江御使者を以御樽肴被献候ニ付而之
御奉書被相渡之

【右丁】
ただし右御使者は御国許より差し出されたという趣旨で、江戸表に詰めている三郎大夫
をもって献上された。
一 同日 右同様の件につき御使者秋田三五左衛門をもって
公方様へ干鯛一箱、御樽一荷を献上し、御本丸へ納められた。
御台様へ御使者同人をもって右同様のものを差し上げた。
一 十二月四日 右同様の件
公方様、若君様へ御使者をもって御樽・肴を献上したことについての
御奉書が渡された。

この度
若君様の西の丸御移徙につき御祝儀として
公方様へ使者をもって一種両樽を献上されたとの件、首尾よく
披露いたしました。恐々謹言

who was stationed in Edo.
One Same day: Regarding the same matter as above, through messenger Akita Sangozaemon,
one box of dried sea bream and one load of sake barrels were offered to the Kubō-sama and delivered to the Main Castle (Honmaru).
To Midaidokoro-sama, through the same messenger, the same items were presented.
One 12th Month, 4th Day: Regarding the same matter as above,
an official letter was delivered concerning the offering of sake barrels and delicacies through a messenger to Kubō-sama and the young lord.
