申渡候可被存其趣候恐々謹言

春宮《割書：朝仁｜親王》 中宮宣下首尾能相済候ニ付右御歓之
御書江戸表江被指出之

但同月十三日右御返書被相渡之
一 同月十五日浜町御上屋敷御差上被成度之旨御願被成候処
御願之通被 仰出候ニ付御礼御書被指出候処右御返書今日
於御老中阿部豊後守《割書：正｜武》殿被相渡之
一 四月十八日今度 鶴姫君様御水痘之処軽御様体之旨
御承知被成猶以御様体御伺之御書被指出之
但同月廿五日右御返書被相渡之
一 同月廿日於東叡山
大猷院様三十三回御忌御法事有之ニ付御使者

【右丁】
不届きな者たちが申し談じて高い方の耳に達したところ、一段の首尾であります。すぐに屋敷奉行に申し渡しますので、その趣をお察しください。恐縮ながら謹んで申し上げます

一 三月二日、今度春宮朝仁親王の中宮宣下が首尾よく済んだことにつき、右の御歓びの御書を江戸表に差し出された

ただし同月十三日に右の御返書をお渡しいただいた
一 同月十五日、浜町御上屋敷を御差上げになりたい旨を御願いされたところ、御願いの通りに仰せ出されたことにつき、御礼の御書を差し出されたところ、右の御返書を今日、御老中阿部豊後守正武殿においてお渡しいただいた
一 四月十八日、今度鶴姫君様が御水痘にかかられたが軽い御様態である旨を御承知になり、なおいっそう御様態を御伺いする御書を差し出された
ただし同月二十五日に右の御返書をお渡しいただいた
一 同月二十日、東叡山において大猷院様三十三回御忌の御法事があることにつき、御使者を

Item: On the 15th day of the same month, regarding the petition to offer up the Hamachō upper residence, when it was granted as requested, a letter of gratitude was submitted, and today the reply was received from Rōjū Abe Bungo-no-kami Masatake-dono
Item: On the 18th day of the 4th month, having learned that Princess Tsuru-hime had contracted smallpox but was in mild condition, [the lord] submitted a letter further inquiring about her condition
However, on the 25th day of the same month, the aforementioned reply was received
