今泉岡右衛門を通じて御香典を献上された
ただし同月二十五日に右の御奉書をお渡しいただいた
一 四月（日付不詳）鶴姫君様の御水痘が御快癒され、御酒湯（快気祝い）が済んだことにつき、右の御歓びの御書を差し出された
ただし五月四日に右の御返書をお渡しいただいた
一 五月（日付不詳）先日日光山において大猷院様の御法事が首尾よく済み、かつ公方様が東叡山に御参詣され、御機嫌よく還御された旨を御承知になったことにつき、御歓びの御書を差し出された
