一 同月十四日、右の件につき御礼のため御使者永見治部右衛門（義正）を
江戸表へ派遣され、今日福井を出立した
一 同月二十七日、御使者永見治部右衛門（義正）が昨二十六日江戸着、今日
御用番へ御書を提出した
一 九月五日、御城において（去月二十八日）御老中堀田筑前守（正俊）殿に不慮
の事件（稲葉石見守（正休）殿によって討ち果たされた）があった旨を御承知されたため

派遣され、今日福井を出立した
ただし甚右衛門の江戸着日は不詳、同月十二日に右の御返書を渡された
一 同月六日、御帰国の御礼のため御使者永見治部右衛門（義正）を通じて
御樽肴を献上され、治部右衛門は御目見を仰せ付けられた
一 同月十日、御使者永見治部右衛門（義正）が御城へ参上したところ
御返書をお渡しされ、その節、治部右衛門へ御時服三つを拝領するよう仰せ付けられた
