表江被指出之干鯛一箱被献之番右衛門今日福井出立
但番右衛門江戸着日并献上物相納候日限不詳同月廿一日
御返書被相渡之

公方様御機嫌為御伺御書を以御肴一箱被献候処右

綱昌様の御帰国につき御礼のため御使者井原番右衛門頼文を江戸
表へ派遣し、干鯛一箱を献上した。番右衛門は今日福井を出立した。
ただし番右衛門の江戸到着日並びに献上物を納めた日限は詳らかでない。同月二十一日
御返書が相渡された。
一 七月九日、暑中につき
公方様の御機嫌伺いのため御書をもって御肴一箱を献上したところ、右の
御返書が今日、御老中土屋但馬守数直殿において相渡された。
一 同月十四日、御使者井原番右衛門頼文の御目見えかつ拝領物を
仰せ付けられたことへの御礼として御書を提出したところ、右の御返書が今日、御老中

一 九月十九日、御参府の御時節の件について御伺いを立てたところ、今日御奉書をもって
来年八月中に御参府されるよう仰せ出された。
一筆啓上仕ります
公方様はますます御機嫌よくいらっしゃいますので
御安心ください。さて、そちらの参府時分の件について
お聞きしましたが、来年八月中に参上すべき旨
仰せ出されましたので、その意をお汲み取りください。恐れ謹んで申し上げます。

Regarding Lord Tsunamasa's return to his domain, as a gesture of gratitude, messenger Ihara Banemon Yorifumi was sent to Edo
and offered one box of dried sea bream. Banemon departed from Fukui today.
However, the date of Banemon's arrival in Edo and the date when the offerings were delivered are not clear. On the 21st of the same month
a reply letter was delivered.
One 7th Month, 9th Day: Regarding the summer heat,
to inquire after the Shōgun's well-being, one box of fish was offered along with a letter. The
reply letter was delivered today by Senior Councillor Tsuchiya Tajima-no-kami Kazunao.
One Same month, 14th Day: As gratitude for messenger Ihara Banemon Yorifumi being granted an audience and
receiving gifts, a letter was submitted. The reply letter was delivered today by Senior Councillor

One 9th Month, 19th Day: An inquiry was made regarding the timing of the visit to the capital, and today through an official letter
it was ordered that the visit should be made in the 8th month of next year.
I humbly write this letter.
The Shōgun is in increasingly good health, so please
be at ease. Now, regarding the matter of your visit to the capital
that we have heard about, it has been ordered that you should
come up in the 8th month of next year. Please understand this intent. With fear and respect.
