救助銀之義者去ル子年ニ厚御主意申聞ニ付
拾ケ年之間身代相應之出銀申出寄持之
懸ニ付御郡代處へ相納凶年御手當筋
追々相備り既一昨年迄七ケ年上納相運米穀
金銀餘程之事ニ候處初年之比と違
近年ニ至候而者遅々せしめ候も有之其内
両三年世上不融通ニ付而者昨未年より三ケ年
之處半減宛ニして六ケ年上納相運候様申
聞と而も不納之者有之懸子年申聞候厚
御主意畢竟令忘帯居候旨義諸郡之模様

者であっても、しっかりと心得ていなければ過失が
あるはずです。したがって、転ばぬ先の杖程度に申し聞かせ
置くことです。

救助銀の件については、去る子年に厚い御趣意を申し聞かせられたことにより、
十ヶ年の間、身代に応じた出銀を申し出て寄せ持ちの
掛金として御郡代所へ納入し、凶年の御手当筋が
次第に備えられ、すでに一昨年まで七ヶ年間上納を続け、米穀
金銀もかなりの額になっているところ、初年の頃と違い
近年に至っては遅滞させる者もあり、その間
二、三年世間が不景気のために昨年未年より三ヶ年の
ところを半減ずつにして六ヶ年で上納を済ませるように申し
聞かせたにも関わらず納入しない者があり、去る子年に申し聞かせた厚い
御趣意を結局忘れてしまっている様子で、諸郡の模様も

Regarding the relief silver, in response to the gracious directive communicated in the previous Rat year,
for a period of ten years, contributions of silver according to one's means were requested and collected as
pooled funds deposited with the district magistrate's office, gradually building up provisions
for poor harvest relief. Already by the year before last, seven years of payments had been made, with rice, grain,
gold and silver reaching considerable amounts. However, unlike the initial years,
in recent years there have been some who cause delays, and during that time
