随而右様御仁恵被為 仰付冥加至極難有義ニ
候条其方共組村浦役人小百姓共へ至迄不洩様

猶以本文之御趣意難有相心得候段壱郡其方共
之内両三人為御礼御郡代所へ可罷出候以上
現代語訳
貸家に身を寄せて居住していない者を放置してはならない。これもまた以前から申し渡しがある通り心得ておくこと。
右の御書付は御山下の同役を御呼び出しの上で仰せ聞かされ、郡中へ申し継がれたものである。
丑十月廿六日
本文の目安組の村々へ申し継ぎ、請書を指し出すよう松江島三郎が申し継いでいる。

先月下旬以来降雨が少なく難渋している趣に聞こえる。雨乞いの御祈祷を仰せ付けられる段については去る二十二日に触れ達した通りであるが、なお又御城内の龍王社において三日の間、早雲佐渡に雨乞いの御祈祷を仰せ付けられるとのことである。
従って右様な御仁恵を仰せ付けられることは冥加至極ありがたい義であるので、その方共の組村浦の役人・小百姓共に至るまで漏れのないよう急ぎ触れ知らせるべきである。以上
六月廿六日
なお本文の御趣意をありがたく心得た段について、一郡のその方共の内両三人がお礼のため御郡代所へ参り出るべきである。以上

Those who are lodging in rented houses but not actually residing there should not be left unattended. This too should be understood as previously instructed.
The above written notice was conveyed after summoning officials of the same rank from Yamashita district, and has been transmitted throughout the county.

It is heard that there has been little rainfall since late last month, causing hardship. Regarding the matter of ordering rain-prayer rituals, as communicated on the 22nd day, prayers for rain are now to be offered to Hayagumo Sado at the Ryūō Shrine within the castle grounds for three days.
Accordingly, since such benevolent grace being bestowed is extremely fortunate and worthy of gratitude, this should be urgently communicated without omission to all officials and peasants of your district villages and bays. The above.

Furthermore, regarding the grateful acknowledgment of the purport of this document, two or three persons from among you in the county should visit the county magistrate's office to express gratitude. The above.
