浦住木岐浦住之面々寺社江も可有通達候尤無格末々

被申聞義可有了簡旨本〆中申達候事
但御仕解拝借上納銀之義も諸拝借同然御馳可被
仰付筈ニ候得共調達ヲ以拝借被仰付事故
當季入残り元利半数御馳尤地方入之分ハ夏季【ママ、冬ヵ】
上納不同も可有之ニ付壱ケ年分之四歩一御馳被
仰付候条上納方之義ハ御奉行承合可申事
一高懸格懸銀拝借之分
但立帰拝借返上共
一不時拝借返上之分

御趣意書之写
現代語訳
浦住・木岐浦住の人々や寺社へも通達するべきことでございます。もっとも身分の低い末端の者どもについては、それぞれの支配頭から伝達するように、また町御奉行・御普請奉行・御郡代・御蔵奉行・新御蔵奉行・北御蔵奉行の面々へも申し聞かせる義について了承すべき旨、本締役中で申し伝えることでございます。
ただし御仕解拝借上納銀については、諸拝借と同様に延期を仰せ付けられるはずでございますが、調達により拝借を仰せ付けられた事情により、当期の未納分について元利半額の延期がもっとも適切です。地方納入分については夏期【原文ママ、冬季か】の上納が異なることもあるため、一ヶ年分の四分の一の延期を仰せ付けられますので、上納に関する件については御奉行と相談すべきことです。

This should also be communicated to the people of Uradomari and Kigiura-domari, as well as to temples and shrines. However, for those of low status at the bottom ranks, this shall be conveyed through their respective supervising heads. It should also be communicated to the town magistrates, construction magistrates, district governors, warehouse magistrates, new warehouse magistrates, and northern warehouse magistrates, and the main administrators shall convey that this matter should be understood.
However, regarding the repayment silver for official duty loans, while deferment should be ordered in the same manner as other borrowed funds, due to the circumstances of loans being granted through special procurement, a deferment of half the principal and interest on the current period's outstanding amounts would be most appropriate. Since regional payments may differ in summer [sic in original, possibly winter] submissions, a deferment of one-fourth of the annual amount is ordered, so matters regarding submissions should be discussed with the magistrates.

As indicated in the separate document, since this benevolent policy has been graciously announced, one or two representatives each from the village headmen and guards of various ranks shall visit the residence of the monthly duty officer on the 20th to express gratitude. Similarly, those under supervision shall visit and express gratitude in the same manner as their supervising heads.
