右ニ相順シ親敷申談利足減之高等之義於
銀主ニ厚令勘弁重々不融通無之様可相心得候
右様厚被仰付候義ハ全御家中面々無格ニ至迄
當時會御奉公取續候様被仰付候事ニ候
一同等閑ニ相心得不申様可仕且當夏質素
倹約之義被仰出候事ニ候得共猶更此上
重々無油断厚相心得愈以節倹相守り

半減に仰せ付けられる条、未納の義は御蔵奉行の面々から触れ達しする事である。また市郷において借財をしている向きも、いよいよ相嵩み急迫して難渋している様子に相聞こえ、歩一御用捨も仰せ付けられる掛かりであるから、銀主共においても難渋の趣旨もあるであろう。しかし共にこれまで御蔵所・新御蔵において処務・書入により借財した分の利足は、すべて正当に取り究め取引を致すべきである。もっとも相対借の義も右に相順じ、親しく申し談じて利足減の高等の義を銀主において厚く勘弁させ、重々不融通のないよう心得るべきである。
右様に厚く仰せ付けられる義は、全く御家中面々、無格に至るまで、当時会御奉公取り続く様に仰せ付けられる事である。一同等閑に心得申さぬ様に仕るべく、かつ当夏質素倹約の義を仰せ出された事であるが、なお更この上重々油断なく厚く心得、いよいよもって節倹を相守り
