無拠作事向並びに吉凶等の入目向を始め、銘々他に拘らず、成るだけ質素にいたし、聊かも無益の費用がないよう心得、いよいよ御奉公を丈夫に取り続け、武備を第一に心掛け、忠勤に励む様厚く心得罷在るべきである。
この段、各々から御家中へ通達すべく、並びに無格末々の者共は支配頭からそれぞれ相達する様に、かつ市郷の者共へも御趣意の趣を申し付ける様、町御奉行・御郡代の面々、その余相達するべき筋へも申し聞かせる義、了簡すべきである。以上
