現代語訳
そのような者が見受けられるとのことです。このような者や浪人の姿をした者、並びに袖乞い風体で底意のあるように見受けられる者等は、我が国の者はもちろん他国の者であってもその場に留め置き、人相書付を取って全て申し出ること。もっとも拒否した場合においては、郷目付や制道人のうち直接御役所へ引き立てること。
一、市中の件については来る十五日から二十七日まで取り掛かること
一、御山下村浦の件については十八日から月末まで取り掛かること
一、二十一日から諸郡一同に月末まで取り掛かること
ただし市中並びに御山下村浦の件については本文の通り、諸郡の満了日になるまで取り掛かりの差し引きはしないこと
一、御山下村浦の件については三手に分かれて下記の通り出張すること
一、富田・北濱・下八万・山城屋濱・津田・新濱・南斉田

Such persons have been observed. These individuals, as well as those disguised as masterless samurai (ronin), and those appearing as sleeve-beggars with seemingly ulterior motives, whether they are from our domain or other domains, shall be detained on the spot, their personal descriptions recorded, and all cases reported. If they resist, members of the village inspectors (go-metsuke) or moral instructors (seido-nin) shall directly escort them to the magistrate's office.
1. Regarding city areas: operations shall commence from the 15th to the 27th of this month
1. Regarding villages and coastal areas at the foot of the mountains: operations shall commence from the 18th to the end of the month
1. From the 21st, all districts shall simultaneously commence operations until the end of the month
However, regarding the city and mountain-foot village areas, as stated in the main text, operations shall continue without interruption until the completion date for all districts
1. Regarding the mountain-foot villages and coastal areas, they shall be divided into three groups and deploy as written below:
