両人相廻り候事
一諸郡之義ハ組切郷目付共村役人付添番非人召連村数
相見計打廻候様申付候事
一市中御山下村浦之義ハ他国胡乱者ニ而ハ無之専御国内之者共
男女共猥ニ多入込袖乞合力いたし居申者ハ元村へ罷帰
候様取計可申其内自他国とも病気等ニ而當時出立

一、御山下に隣接する北新居組並びに板野郡宮島組・平石組・勝浦郡中田組の件については、同日に担当することになる。
ただし、右の調査の際には、下才判一人に郷目付二人、番非人二人が巡回すること。
一、諸郡については、組ごとに郷目付が村役人を付き添わせ、番非人を連れて、村数を見計らって巡回するよう命じること。
一、市中・御山下・村浦については、他国の怪しい者ではなく、もっぱら御国内の者たちが男女とも多数入り込んで、みだりに袖乞い（物乞い）をして扶助を受けて住んでいる者は、元の村へ帰るよう取り計らうこと。その中で自国・他国を問わず、病気等で当面出立することが困難な者については、早速ありのままを御役所へ申し出ること。もちろん快復次第、追い払うか、または元の村へ帰らせた場合には、なおまたその旨を申し出ること。
一、追い払いについては、多くの場合最寄りの御境目に申し付けているが、怪しい者の様子、かつ船路

1. Regarding the Kita-Arai group adjacent to Oyama-shita, as well as the Miyajima group and Hiraishi group of Itano District, and the Nakata group of Katsuura District, these shall be handled on the same day.
