手寄之場處者舟送りニ申付候ニ付都合向之義與頭庄屋
共ゟ存寄可申出候事
一御境目ニおゐて追拂之者之義ハ其村役人ゟ国處名面
相記差出書ニ御番人承知印を受候上御郡代所へ可指出候事
但遠在之義ハ与頭庄屋手許へ取都日数五日過不申内
可指出候事
一舩送りニ相成候者之義ハ津田浦迄送来出張之御役人へ
引渡国處名面指出書ニ御役人承知印ヲ取帰り懸御郡
代處へ可指出候事
一御山下打廻り同心下才判之義銘々手弁當ニ而罷出此度之
義ハ難渋人給物融通向第一ニいたし候趣意ニ付御役人
之義も同断可相心得尤番非人之義ハ有来通御役所ゟ
飯代指遣候事
一右之通當月日切を以取行之上来二月ゟ毎月壱度宛取
調相手懸諸事前ケ條之通相仕管可申事
但諸郡ハ月々十五日と相極大郡之義ハ翌十六日相懸り
候而も不苦候事
現代語訳
便利な場所の者は船送りに申し付けるので、都合の良い方法について与頭・庄屋らから意見を申し出ること。
一、御境目において追い払う者については、その村役人から国名・住所・氏名を記載した差出書に御番人の承知印を受けた上で、御郡代所へ提出すること。
ただし、遠方については与頭・庄屋の手元で取りまとめ、日数五日を過ぎない内に提出すること。
一、船送りとなる者については、津田浦まで送って来た出張の御役人へ引き渡し、国名・住所・氏名を記載した指出書に御役人の承知印を取って帰り、掛かりの御郡代所へ提出すること。
一、御山下巡回の同心・下才判は、めいめい手弁当で出向くこと。今回は困窮者への給与物融通を第一とする趣意であるので、御役人もそのように心得ること。もちろん番非人については従来通り御役所から飯代を支給すること。
一、右の通り当月限りで実施した上で、来二月から毎月一度ずつ取り調べて担当し、諸事は前条の通り実施し管理すること。
ただし、諸郡は月々十五日と決め、大郡については翌十六日にかかっても差し支えないこと。
