無切手ニ而も出生人体正敷候得者文化度相觸有之通

他国胡乱者無切手四国辺路之類近年厚取究候得共今以

役人共付添最寄御境目ニおゐて追拂之上国處名面帳面ニ

無切手であっても出生時の人体が正しければ、文化年度に触れ渡しがあった通り、出生村の庄屋・年寄の手形を持参させた上で雇い置くよう、早々に雇主に取り計らうよう申し付けること。
一、盗賊・放火をも行いそうな胡乱者は早速召し捕り、御郡代の処へ案内申すこと。
一、世間者と称する他国の胡乱者の御境目追い払い方については、送り出す村方から直に御境目へ送り届けて追い払うこと。
ただし送り出す村役人から頭何人を送るかと記し、送り手形の人数の処で御番人の承知印を受けて帰り、与頭・庄屋の手許へ指し出せば、村々で相談の上、与頭・庄屋から御役所へ指し出すこと。
