去月朔日之風雨之趣於江戸表達
御聴候随而右風雨ニ付格別難渋ニ及候者共
親疎無隔誠実ニ取調組切帳面ニ相仕立
早々可指出候
但本文之義難渋之者ハ勿論村役人之外江ハ
少しも不相洩様相心得取調可申出候将又
外ニ類も無之程之義ハ郡中同役共申談
右有姿申出候様可仕右様之村方無之候得ハ
其段も可申出候

○【朱書き】六十七
先月一日の風雨の件について江戸表に報告が届き、お聞き及びになりました。それに伴い、右の風雨により格別に困窮に陥った者たちについて、親疎の隔てなく誠実に調査を行い、組ごとの帳面に仕立てて、早々に提出するように。
ただし、本文の件について、困窮した者はもちろん、村役人以外には少しも漏らさないよう心得て調査し、申し出ること。また、他に類例もないほどの事態については、郡中の同役たちと相談し、右のありのままを申し出るようにすること。そのような村方がない場合は、その旨も申し出ること。

Notice to Village Heads and Headmen

Regarding the wind and rain on the first day of last month, reports have reached Edo and come to His Lordship's attention. Accordingly, concerning those who have fallen into particular hardship due to the aforementioned wind and rain, conduct a sincere investigation without distinction between close and distant relations, compile this into village group registers, and submit them promptly.
However, regarding the matter in this document, not only for those in hardship but also ensure that nothing leaks out to anyone other than village officials, and conduct the investigation with this in mind when reporting. Furthermore, for matters so unprecedented that there are no similar cases, consult with fellow officials throughout the district and report the actual situation as it is. If there are no such village areas, report that fact as well.
