旅宿ゟ直様先相仕舞置候様追而御聞届
之御趣意被仰渡候筈右様無之候而ハ出入人共
迷惑孕候方ニ可有之ニ付右様取計追而済口
壱巻差出候様郡中同役共へ申継候様被仰付
早々同役共へ申継ニ相及有之候事

与頭が解決済みとした通り、違反がないよう御役所において申し聞かせる予定のこと。

正月二十九日、御郡代様の口頭での指示の趣旨を、高井与氏から松江嶋三郎へ以下の通り申し伝えた。
この度の出入り筋の行き着く先として解決が成った場合は、出入り当事者たちが旅宿からすぐに先に片付けを済ませておくよう、追って御聞き届けの御趣意が申し渡される予定である。そのようにしなければ、出入り当事者たちが迷惑を被ることになるであろうから、そのように取り計らい、追って解決済み一巻を差し出すよう郡中の同役たちへ申し継ぐよう申し付けられ、早々に同役たちへ申し継ぎに及んだことである。
