ただし、御用金の差紙については、自分の年貢以外に売り払うため、新たな御蔵入りの調達指示と同様に申し付けられては、内訳が混同して一律にならない不都合がございます
一、二歩通りの支払い延期は全体に申し渡したが、相応の財産がある者は完納を行い、小百姓や貧民への融通を図る。内々では二歩、三歩、また半額も来夏まで延期となることもあり得るでしょう。総決算で二歩通りを納付すれば良いということと存じます。

However, concerning the promissory notes for official funds, since these are sold separately from one's own annual tribute, if new treasury procurement orders are issued in the same manner, it would create confusion in the accounts and not be uniform, which would be inconvenient.
First, although the two-bu rate payment extension has been announced to everyone, those with adequate assets should make full payment and provide assistance to small farmers and the poor. Privately, extensions of two-bu, three-bu, or even half amounts until next summer may occur. We believe it would be acceptable if the total settlement achieves the two-bu rate payment.
