尤成丈取究惣辻弐歩引相成候様取計可申事
一前内間融通者其手組頭庄屋心得ヲ以内間
指略程能取計候義村役人共へ得と為相心得
可申右融通差略表ニ立候而ハ歩返之
乞願出来渋殺【昆雑ヵ】可仕ニ付一体弐歩延と相立置
自然之模様ニ而授量仕候様取計可仕と奉存候以上

直段ヲ引下ケ取立相済セ候歟當季加地子之内
来年へ指延小百姓立行候様地主共へ了簡加へ

取扱遣候様被仰付度板野郡存念ニ候所名西
ゟ上郡分一体根痛有之ニ寄人氣悪布加地子
抔ハ可指出気合ニ無御坐候ゆへ右御趣意有之候而ハ
地主運迷惑可仕懸ニ相見申候板野郡ニおいてハ
下作加地子迄も精々指出可申心得ニ付右御趣意
無御坐候而ハ小百姓帰服ニ至りかたく一様成不申候

もっとも、できる限り取り調べて、総決算で二歩引きとなるよう取り計らうべきこと

一、前述の内々の融通は、その手組頭・庄屋の心得をもって内々に指図し、程よく取り計らうことを村役人共によく心得させるべきこと。右の融通の指図が表立っては、歩返しの懇願が出てきて渋滞を招くことになるため、一体として二歩延期と定めておき、自然の様子で融通を図るよう取り計らうべきと存じます。以上

一、この度の御慈悲が申し付けられることについて、預地年貢については、直段を引き下げて取り立てを済ませるか、当季の加地子の内から来年へ延期して小百姓が立ち行くよう地主共に了簡を加えるべき筈のところ、その心得がない者については、村役人共が相応に取り扱うよう申し付けたいとの板野郡の意見でした。しかし名西郡より上の郡分は一体に根本的な痛手があり、人気が悪く、加地子などは差し出せる気合いにございません。そのため右の御趣意があっては、地主が大いに迷惑をすることになると見受けられます。板野郡においては、下作の加地子まで精々差し出すべき心得であるため、右の御趣意がなくては小百姓の帰服に至り難く、一様になりません。
