付紙ニ曰
當三月四日以来諸出入之儀於御役場ニ御行着
可被仰付株ハ御役場ニ而御手懸被仰付度其余
地合與頭庄屋へ御渡被仰付候分之義ハ此度
相手懸可申方共奉存候得共本文ニ申上候通最早
廿日計仕候得ハ農繁ニ相成可申其上奉返上候株
之儀者多分入組候出入ニ付前顕讒之日数手懸
向指湊可申方と奉存候ニ付一ト先後ㇳ廻ニ被仰付度
奉存候依而此段付紙を以奉申上候

御引上之出入物を始メ三月四日以来出入手懸向共
名東與頭共申出之通被仰付度奉存候
但申出之通被仰付候ニおゐてハ追々皐月ニ
相向候ニ付廿日切之日数を以片時も取懸り

付紙にいわく
当三月四日以来の諸出入の件について、御役場において御裁決をお命じになるべき案件は、御役場において御担当をお命じいただきたく、その他地域の与頭・庄屋へお任せをお命じになった分の件については、今回は相互に担当すべき方法と存じますが、本文に申し上げました通り、既に二十日ほど経過しておりますので、農繁期に差し掛かることでしょう。その上、返上いたします案件については、多くが複雑に絡み合った紛争のため、前に明らかになった日数・担当方向を調整すべき方法と存じますので、まず一旦後回しにしていただきたく存じます。よって、この段につき付紙をもって申し上げます。

御手代・黄紙の御端書
御引き上げの出入り案件をはじめ、三月四日以来の出入り担当方向とも、名東与頭らが申し出た通りにお命じいただきたく存じます。
ただし、申し出た通りにお命じいただくにおいては、追々五月に向かうことになるため、二十日限りの日数をもって、片時も取り掛かり

As stated in the attached note:
Regarding the various disputes that have arisen since the 4th day of the 3rd month, for cases that should be decided at the government office, we request that they be handled at the government office. For other cases that have been assigned to local yorito (village group leaders) and village headmen in their respective districts, we believe they should be handled jointly this time. However, as stated in the main text, since approximately twenty days have already passed, we will be entering the busy farming season. Moreover, regarding the cases we are returning, since most involve complex interwoven disputes, we believe the timeframe and handling approach that were previously clarified should be adjusted. Therefore, we request that these matters be postponed for now. We respectfully submit this matter through this attached note.
