候様にお命じいただき、御引き上げの一巻について、出合った者へそれぞれ相渡し候様にお命じいただきたく、また三月四日以来の目安（訴状）について、与頭・庄屋へ相渡し候品々の件については、当番の者どもより追々に御配書をもって相渡し、御役所担当分については、緊急度を区別して追々相担当候様お命じになるべきでしょうか。

...should be commanded as such, and regarding the withdrawn scroll, we request that it be distributed respectively to those who encountered it. Also, concerning the petitions (meyasu) since the 4th day of the 3rd month, regarding the various matters that were distributed to the yorito and village headmen, these should be distributed gradually through official circulars from those on duty, and for matters handled by the government office, should they be commanded to handle them gradually, distinguishing between urgent and non-urgent cases?
