當手崎之儀地盤格別御用多候上昨年八月勝浦郡
御振替名西郡御指入ニ付尚更繁雑ニ相成候ニ付而ハ
諸出入御役場ニ相溜り候分且當二月廿四日迄之
目安共取調旁早春ゟ二月晦日迄於市中旅宿ニ
壱時手懸申付候所其方共重々骨折下々之者共ニ
おゐても申渡候趣意厚相心得實意ニ相基候ゆへ
数株済口ニ相成候内二月晦日ニ相至り候ニ付手懸
かゝり候分且未タ呼出等ニも相成不申分如例
相心得可申哉之旨伺出候ニ付追而指圖ニ可及旨ヲ以
先壱應夫々引上候事ニ候然処相残候株之内ニハ
双方熟談手詰ニ相至り候品又早々手懸遣不申而ハ
出入人迷惑之分も有之旁名東郡之義ハ皐月

当手崎の件については、地盤が格別で御用が多い上に、昨年八月に勝浦郡から名西郡へ御振替・御指入となったことにより、なお一層繁雑になっております。そのため、諸々の出入り（訴訟）が御役場に溜まっている分、および当二月二十四日までの目安（訴状）共を取り調べるため、早春から二月末日まで市中の旅宿において一時的に手懸かり（処理）を申し付けたところ、そちら共は重々骨折り、下々の者共においても申し渡した趣意を厚く心得、実意に基づいて行動したため、数多くの案件が済み口（解決）となり、二月末日に至ったため、手懸かり中の分および未だ呼び出し等にもなっていない分について、例の通り心得るべきかとの旨で伺い出たため、追って指図に及ぶべき旨をもって、まず一応それぞれ引き上げることになりました。しかし、残っている案件の内には、双方が熟談して手詰まりに至った品目、また早々に手懸かりを遣わさなければ出入り人（当事者）が迷惑する分もあります。また、名東郡については、皐月には農繁期となりませんので、この節から今日まで数二十日ほどの間、市中において
